Poupak Afshar

Chief Executive Officer

Pirooz Javan co-founded Easy Dynamics in 2007 and has been racing forward ever since. In his spare time he races cars and works on halting the annexation of his mancave by his children.

Pirooz Javan

Chief Operating Officer

Jeff Woltz joined Easy Dynamics in its infancy and never looked back. When not architecting SharePoint solutions or perfecting his PowerShell abilities, Jeff can be found working on any number of home improvement projects. Of course his two young boys compete for his time as well.

Jeffrey Woltz

Partner, Chief Information Officer

Paul Grassi joining Easy Dynamics has been predestined as far back as 2010, when Pirooz and Paul first met. They share the exact same approach to client delivery and relationships, so it’s about time his employment has been consummated. Paul serves as the SVP of Cybersecurity and Identity Management, responsible for helping clients mature their cybersecurity programs via an appropriate mixture of policy, process, technology, and monitoring. Prior to joining, he was the Senior Standards and Technology Advisor and Lead for Digital Identity at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
